Shipping policy

*Due to COVID-19 all shipping companies are taking longer then normal to deliver. I am willing to track orders and supply updates but I cannot do anything about transit times. 


How fast do you ship out my order?
Generally orders are shipped out same to next business day. We do not guarantee our shipping time but we strive to ship orders out ASAP.

What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are based on weight. Roughly this equates to 1-10 Sheets $5, 0-40 Sheets $8, or anything over $40 is free shipping.

What is your ship time?
Transit time to you is based on your location from California. Transit time is usually no loner they 5-6 business days. 

Lost packages
Once a package is dropped off by me at the post office I cannot issue refunds or file missing or damaged claims. You will need to contact the shipper with your tracking number and file the claim yourself. However if there is a problem I am always willing to do help out to the best of my abilities.
